Charity Bank approached us in 2018 whilst tendering for an agency to support and maintain their existing Craft CMS website because their incumbent agency were no longer able to provide the support they required.
We were invited to the Charity Bank office in Tonbridge, Kent to pitch our Craft CMS support and maintenance services to their marketing and technical teams and to take the opportunity to answer any questions they had as well as asking questions of our own.
Following the pitch we supplied a proposal outlining our process for onboarding the site and how we'd handle the day-to-day tasks such as raising and completing support tickets, deploying Craft CMS updates, features and fixes and how our Service Level Agreement would be structured.

Following the completion of the tender process we were delighted to be selected as the successful agency to take over the support and maintenance of the Charity Bank website, particularly as they are a financial institution and subject to a lot of regulation and need an agency with diligence and excellent attention to detail.
Since 2018 we have completed a wide variety of support requests for Charity Bank, from new features and adjustments to the website to technical audits and recommendations and integrating new tools and plugins.
We are proud to be associated with an ethical business such as Charity Bank and see our longstanding relationship with them as a real stamp of approval for our staff and the way we do business and we look forward to continuing this partnership for many years to come.
For the purposes of transparency, please note that we did not design or develop the Charity Bank website. What we provide is the Craft CMS support and maintenance that keeps the site operational and handles any fixes or feature requests raised.
