Project scoping is a consultancy phase most often utilised for web application type projects or websites with a large amount of complex functionality.

During a scoping phase we work with you to understand your requirements, the challenges you are facing, the processes and overall aims of the project.

The product of this phase of work is a detailed specification describing the web application or website in full, which allows us to accurately estimate the cost of the project and the timescale to deliver it.

The specification and estimate of cost are sent to you to review and following that it is up to you to proceed with the project or not.
