Website Maintenance
We never force our clients to sign a costly support and maintenance contract but instead we charge at an hourly rate as and when our assistance or work is required.
We do offer website support and maintenance by Service Level Agreement (SLA) for clients that require a higher volume of support and like to organise their annual support budget in advance.
With all our projects we aim to put as much control as possible into the hands of you, the client, so that you can maintain your website in-house without having to call on us every time you want to publish a new blog post or edit one of your services. That allows us to spend our time and expertise adding real value to your website and keeps the on-going cost of maintaining the website to a minimum.
